Why should I follow this Meal Plan*?

This Leaky Gut Support Meal Plan contains high amounts of seafood from salmon, tuna, trout and scallops. These Omega-3 containing foods help reduce inflammation in the gut and throughout the body to promote a healing response. These foods are also high in selenium, glutamine, vit A and D and other nutrients that the gut requires for repair. Polyphenols found in vegetables, olive oil and other plant foods are also very important for the gut and used in healthy amounts in these recipes.

We highly recommend you purchase sustainably sourced and wild-caught when possible. The seafood in these recipes were chosen due to their low mercury content.
